New Chief Executive for the EHRC

The Equality and Human Rights Commission has today announced the appointment of a new Chief Executive.On 2 June the Commission announced the appointment of Mark Hammond as chief executive. He joins the Commission after an extensive career in local and central government.
He has also been appointed by the Home Secretary and Minister for Women and Equalities as a commissioner and accounting officer.
