EFA/EFB Response to Public Sector Duties Consultation

The Equality Bill sets out general public sector duties on equality which will be supplemented by a set of specific duties to be introduced in secondary legislation.
The Government published proposals on the specific duties in July and you can find our response to the consultation below.
